2. If you are coming in for estate planning services, then simply download our Confidential Estate Planning Questionnaire.  You may download and print either the Married or Single Questionnaire, as appropriate.  If you are unable to download the questionnaire, we will be happy to mail it to you upon your request. 

If you are coming for assistance in handling a probate matter, please click the provided link to download the Confidential Estate Administration Questionnaire.  Again, please call us if you have any problems in downloading the questionnaire.

3. Complete the form, and bring it along with the other documents requested on the form.  Completing the questionnaire and obtaining the necessary documentation prior to your consultation will help us to serve you more efficiently.

4. In your initial consultation the attorney with whom you meet will assess your situation and make appropriate recommendations based on your individual situation.

5. After the initial interview we will prepare a letter reflecting our mutual understanding about the services we will provide and our fees for those services.  In many estate planning matters, we charge on an hourly basis for the first meeting time, and we agree with you on a flat fee for the work that you choose after that first conference.  We normally bill hourly for probate matters, with an initial retainer fee.
